This paper focuses on "connective leadership," a new approach to leadership that emphasizes the power of connectivity and networks in today's rapidly evolving world. With the rise of globalization and technological advancement, traditional models of leadership are becoming outdated, and new leadership approaches capable of managing a faster and more complex reality are needed. The authors analyze the concept of connective leadership by examining its theoretical underpinnings, its strengths, and its limitations. They argue that connective leadership can be seen as an adaptive response to a changing world, with its emphasis on connectivity, collaboration, and empowerment of individuals.
